To improve our customer care, we are introducing free shipping on our new e-shop! Free shipping applies to both end and unregistered customers as well as contract partners. We also offer free shipping to customers from Slovakia!

Free shipping is available only for orders to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Conditions for Free Shipping:

Unregistered and End Customers:

• The purchase amount must exceed 5,000 CZK (including VAT) and the parcel weight must not exceed 50 kg.
• For parcels over 50 kg, the limit is 15,000 CZK.
• This applies to shipments within the Czech Republic.

Unregistered and End Customers Slovakia:

• The purchase amount must exceed 200 € (including VAT) and the weight must not exceed 30 kg.

Contract Partners:

• The purchase amount must exceed 10,000 CZK or 500 € (including VAT) for purchases up to 30 kg.
• For the Czech Republic, the purchase amount for parcels weighing 30-50 kg is 10,000 CZK (including VAT).
• For pallet shipping, the purchase amount must exceed 50,000 CZK (including VAT).
• For VIP partners, we continue to provide free delivery with Skarab company vehicles on delivery days.

DPD Pickup:

Starting from September 14, 2021, we offer shipping to collection points through DPD Pickup for a flat rate of 74 CZK including VAT. A parcel can weigh a maximum of 15 kg, have a maximum length of 100 cm on the longest side, and a perimeter of 250 cm.

Free shipping is valid from May 22 until further notice.

All mentioned weights include packaging. They do not refer to the net weight of the goods. They do not apply to oversized, fragile goods (e.g., wine), and ADR parcels.
